Produced in open top fermentors with manual punch downs leading to a dark, ruby Rhone-style signature red blend comprised of 95% estate Syrah and co-fermented with 5% estate Viognier to enhance its floral tones. Concentrated and intense, jammy fruit driven wine featuring flavors of layered blueberry, boysenberry and fig with aromas of black cherry cola, plum, spice and cracked black pepper.
