Our estate grown, signature white wine derives its unique style from the cool micro-climate of the Oak Knoll appellation.  Barrel fermented very slowly at cold temperatures in seasoned oak and stainless barrels, it exhibits juicy flavors of peach and apricot, a backbone of bright acidity and captures aromas of dried flowers and white pepper.
