This deep crimson, inky-black beauty reveals aromas of cedar, vanilla and mint, with a touch of earthiness that transforms into plum, dried cherry and wild berry. Forward tannins are tightly wrapped around a dense core of black and red fruit-black cherry, cassis, baked plum and blackberry. With pitch-perfect acid balance it has a very long finish. Decant and drink now or cellar for 10+ years. Enjoy with aged Gouda, sharp Cheddar or some ribeye steaks! 175 cases produced.
